Ingredients (for one dose of 13,9 g) : hydrolysed marine collagen (fish) (10 g), cocoa seed powder (3,54 g), dried guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth) (222 mg) (contains 17,8 mg caffeine), acerola fruit powder (Malpighia glabra L. ) (90 mg) titrated in vitamin C (12 mg) (i.e. 15% of the RI), natural flavour, D-biotin (vitamin B8) (7.5 µg) (i.e. 15% of the RI).

RI: Reference Intake

Why take collagen and at what age?

It is recommended to begin collagen supplementation around the age of 25, when the body's natural production slows down. Taking the recommended dose of 10g of marine collagen a day, for a minimum of 3 months, will help delay age-related changes in the skin and support the health and vitality of hair and nails.

How to use

Dosage:
13.9 g / day (one 30 ml level measuring spoon) to be diluted in a mug of hot or cold plant milk (250 ml) and stirred until completely dissolved. To be consumed immediately after preparation.

The first visible results on hair, skin and nails may be seen as early as two months with consistent use*, and should be continued to sustain more lasting effects.
